Pamela is obsessed with serial killers. Evelin seems to know a lot about murder. After they meet on an online forum, the two kindred spirits embark on a road trip across Canada to attend a True Crime convention. It’s all fun and games until Pamela discovers that her travel companion is an infamous child psychopath who has escaped from a mental institution. Thankfully, Evelin’s wild side comes in handy when they cross paths with very dangerous people, and a passionate love develops between the two women as their body count grows.

When his estranged mother turns up dead, he meets Liam, a half-brother he didn't know he had. As the two brothers bond, Mike gets pulled into Liam's decadent lifestyle, which quickly leaves him broke and jobless. Desperate not to go back to his old life, Mike gives in to the lure of easy money by assisting Liam in a criminal scheme involving organ harvesting, but a darkness soon emerges within him as he starts enjoying the illegal surgeries a little too much.
